With 25+ years of experience developing strategies, campaigns, and content, I create communication programs based on data. Programs that deliver results on time, in budget. 
 
For 15+ years, I led an in-house communication team that marketed online data subscription services in the volatile advertising industry as business evolved from legacy products to digital services. One specialized product line was research data about healthcare media, and professional/consumer healthcare audience media habits. I directed brand/product promotional strategies, collaborated with sales to capture and convert leads, and built team and tactics around content marketing and marketing automation. 
 
At a healthcare communication agency, I used audience research to generate creative concepts and copy that built product brands for leading pharma, diagnostic, device, OTC healthcare companies. 
 
My work is built on creating and communicating messages that resonate. I started writing promotional and sales training projects, I grew into facilitating client workshops, moderating focus groups, directing collaborative teams, and training. I thrive as a player/coach, and usually have a project requiring me to write, whether I’m in a full-time role or doing project work.
